• Troubleshooting - Your Mac is misbehaving. We can tame the wild beast. Digital Designs comes on-site to debug your problems. Our philosophy is that 95 percent of most problems are software related or disk drive corruption. Hardware failure is usually the least likely culprit. Your warranty generally does not cover software problems. Call before taking your Mac to the repair shop. We'll let you know at no charge whether we can be of service or not. In some cases, especially with older Mac hardware, we can find really low-cost replacement parts. Please note that we are not an Apple Authorized repair facility and don't do warranty repairs.
  
• Needs Analysis and Assessment - Looking to upgrade or purchase new equipment? Need to build a network? Let us help you. Digital Designs does not sell hardware. Our recommendations on hardware and software are based on what you need. Our charge for this service is the same regardless of how much money I save you! In fact, most retail outlets are concerned more with what they need to move out of inventory than what you need. Usually, buying locally is the least cost-practical option. We'll prowl the Internet for you for the best deals and pricing. We can advise you on RAM and drive upgrades. We can help you decide whether to upgrade your equipment or pass it on to your parents or kids.
• Installation - You buy. We install. You save money through our buying recommendations; you save time by getting up and running with our on-site installation. We'll make sure your systems and network are running as expected.
• Special Services for Graphic Designers - Flaky fonts, misbehaving printers, eps files that refuse to print, PageMaker issues. We can advise and help you through these pesky issues. Your downtime costs you money. Let Digital Designs get you back up and running.
